Are you experienced in soft fruit harvesting and ready to take ownership of a large-scale, fast-paced operation? This is an opportunity to join a well-established soft fruit business supplying strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, operating across multiple sites with significant seasonal labour.
As Harvest Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the harvest operation, working closely with production and packhouse teams to deliver quality, efficiency and consistency across a 7-day operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing large harvest teams during peak season
- Producing harvest forecasts, labour plans and schedules
- Planning daily, weekly and short-term harvest activity
- Managing harvest logistics, quality and efficiency
- Setting picking rates and monitoring earnings
- Working closely with production, husbandry and packhouse teams
You could be an experienced Harvest Manager or a strong Supervisor ready for the next step.
Minimum 2 years' experience in soft fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong planning, organisation and communication skills
Comfortable working flexible hours in a 7-day operation
Russian language skills advantageous but not essential
