Are you a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join a fast-paced fresh food manufacturing business? This role sits at the heart of the operation, ensuring the right raw materials are available at the right time to keep production running smoothly while maintaining quality, freshness, and cost control.

The Role

Working closely with Planning, Procurement, Farming, Technical, and Production teams, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate raw material plans, managing stock levels, and supporting the smooth flow of materials from supplier through to factory. This is a hands-on coordination role that requires strong numerical ability, confidence in communicating with suppliers, and the ability to respond quickly to changing demand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining raw material plans aligned to production demand
  • Ensuring stock availability to prevent line downtime
  • Monitoring stock levels, pack-out figures, and residency times
  • Working closely with suppliers and import agents to manage deliveries and resolve issues
  • Leading investigations into stock discrepancies, consumption errors, and write-offs

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in raw material planning or supply chain coordination
  • Experience within fresh produce, food manufacturing, or FMCG environments preferred
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • High level of IT literacy (Excel essential; ERP systems advantageous)
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build effective supplier relationships
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
