MorePeople are working with an established food business in North Yorkshire that manufactures premium products for some of the top tier retailers who is looking for a Technical Manager to lead their Technical and Quality teams.
In this Technical Manager position you will lead the Technical and Quality teams and be responsible for driving food quality, food safety and integrity standards within the factory. You will also lead the Technical Services team responsible for updating and maintaining the QMS, conduct audits and ensure any corrective actions are implemented.
As the ideal candidate for this Technical Manager position you will have experience of leading and developing a QA team within a high care food manufacturing environment, knowledge and experience of HACCP, BRC and retailer standards coupled with a drive to deliver the highest standards of food quality, safety and integrity.
