What's the job?

  • Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you'll support the day-to-day running of operations, ensuring stock accuracy, smooth pick and pack processes, and strong communication across the site.
  • This role will see you working closely with warehouse teams while also taking responsibility for data accuracy and system inputs.

The Role in Reality

This is not a purely desk-based role. While accuracy and systems are key, you will also be expected to be hands-on, particularly during busy periods. Peak season especially in the run-up to Christmas, is significantly busier, and flexibility will be required. Outside of peak, standard hours are typically 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

What do I need?

  • Experience in a food warehouse environment, ideally within pick and pack operations
  • Familiarity with warehouse systems and translating orders into operational plans
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
  • A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to support on the floor
  • Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Flexibility to support peak trading periods

The Opportunity
