We are working with an award-winning food business that supplies premium products to many retailers and are looking for a passionate Quality Auditor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with all teams to ensure all product is produced as per customer specifications.
- Complete quality records daily or according to the agreed frequency detailed in the product specification.
- Conduct daily quality start‑up and completion checks, as well as production quality checks such as torque tests, product weight checks, paperwork checks, ensuring all batch codes and dates are entered and correct.
Qualifications:
- Food manufacturing QC/QA experience with the ability to make decisions on quality.
- Good knowledge of HACCP and sampling practices.
- Excellent communication at all levels; able to manage and work effectively within a busy team.
- Good IT skills and a full driving licence.
