Land Officer / Surveyor (Infrastructure time | Infrastructure site coordination across the South West, working closely with project teams, contractors, landowners, and occupiers. The position will be based in either Taunton or Exeter, with regular travel across the wider project area. Role Overview You will act as the primary point of contact for landowners and occupiers, arranging access for surveys, supporting construction activities, and ensuring land interests are managed professionally and sensitively throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Build strong working relationships with landowners and occupiers. Work collaboratively with contractor teams on access and survey requirements. Arrange and undertake pre entry records of condition. Liaise with survey teams to ensure safe and timely access to land.
