Shift Manager | Peterborough up to £45k Are you an experienced people manager within Food Manufacturing? Currently on nights and want a days role? Do you want to work for a strong brand, and have the opportunity to grow? If so….we want to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with an experienced Factory Manager, you will be responsible for the day shift, where you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects are running effectively and efficiently from a KPI front, ensuring labour is optimised whilst optimising stock movement through the business. For the future, this business likes to promote from within, so any further/future opportunity of growth could well be up for grabs, which I know you can't get everywhere. What do you need to apply?
