The Role As the SHE Advisor you will help take ownership of the health, safety and environmental compliance of their Cumbria site. With your expertise you will drive the health and safety culture on site pushing for continuous improvement to ensure their operations meet the high standards. Managing and enhancing their health and safety management system, keep up to date with the latest legislations and industry practices. Provide training to promote safe behaviours and working practices. About you This position is for someone who wants to make a difference. Being a motivated individual who wants to see change and really be a champion for health and safety is vital.
