We are working with an established and growing food manufacturing business who are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to take the lead on one of its challenger brands. This is an opportunity to step into a role where you can shape the strategy, influence the direction of the brand and have a genuine commercial impact.
The role
This is a hands-on role with genuine responsibility for shaping the future direction of the brand. With a limited marketing budget, the role will suit someone who is commercially savvy, creative and comfortable finding impactful ways to drive growth.
You will have the opportunity to influence everything from brand strategy and positioning through to campaigns, innovation and consumer engagement, partnering with teams across the business to translate ideas into activity that delivers results.
You will be:
- You must have experience in brand management within food, beverages or another fast-moving consumer environment.
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of how brands drive business growth.
- Strategic but equally comfortable being hands-on and getting things done.
- Creative and resourceful, particularly when working within budget constraints.
- Confident using consumer, market and commercial insight to make decisions.
- Comfortable taking ownership and operating with a high degree of autonomy.
- A strong communicator and influencer, able to work effectively with stakeholders across the business.
- Analytical and able to assess performance, identify opportunities and measure results.
- Naturally curious, proactive and willing to challenge the status quo.
- Motivated by the opportunity to build and develop a challenger brand.
