About the job
As Plant Manager you will be in charge of the Seasonal Plant Area of the Garden Centre which includes planning and supervising staff in the daily running of the plant area. Making sure that all the stock is clearly on show with pricing, mixed with replenishment and merchandising. You will also be in charge of developing your team, ensuring they offer the best customer service.
