What we're looking for
You’ll be an experienced Rural Surveyor or Estate Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to lead people, manage complex estates and build lasting client relationships.
- Strong rural estate management experience.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to spot opportunities for growth.
- Outstanding client‑facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Budget management and financial reporting experience.
- MRICS qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous.
