This is an opportunity to join a growing fresh produce business where you'll play a key role in keeping customer programmes, transport movements and commercial information on track. The role is predominantly home-based, offering flexibility alongside regular interaction with customers, suppliers and internal teams. If you're highly organised, confident with Excel and enjoy working in a fast-paced commercial environment, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

What's the Job?

You'll be supporting the commercial and operations teams by managing customer programmes, transport tracking, commercial administration and business-critical reporting. Day to day, you'll be:

  • Managing customer programmes and ensuring requirements are delivered accurately

  • Supporting accounts teams with delivery queries and proof of delivery requests
  • Monitoring packaging, pallet and crate movements
  • Highlighting pricing changes, losses or additional costs to the commercial team
  • Working closely with Commercial, Procurement, Operations and Finance colleagues

This is a detail-driven role where accuracy, organisation and strong communication are essential. The processes are currently spreadsheet-based, so someone who enjoys working with data and keeping information up to date will thrive here.

  • Experience within an administration, operations support or commercial support role

  • A proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office
