The role will involve consultancy work for some existing estate management clients as well as a substantial amount of new valuation and consultancy instructions across the region.

- Red Book valuation for a wide range of rural assets.

Key skills required for the role
- MRICS qualified and ideally an RICS registered valuer.
- Excellent numerate, analytical and technical skills.
- Ability to produce high quality written reports, including Red Book valuations.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage own time.
