A leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking an experienced Rural Surveyor to join their established team in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong rural experience to take on a varied role covering valuation, agency, and wider rural professional work across Scotland.

The Opportunity

  • Rural valuations for secured lending, tax, sales, lettings and strategic planning
  • Agency work: appraisal, listing and sale of rural land and property assets
  • Professional advice across landlord/tenant matters, access, wayleaves, sporting rights and diversification
  • General rural property consultancy, working closely with colleagues across multiple offices
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities

About You

  • MRICS qualified with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience
  • A RICS Registered Valuer (or eligible to register)
  • Ideally a CAAV member (desirable, not essential)
  • Confident, commercially aware and able to build strong client relationships
  • A self-starter who enjoys a varied rural workload and can work independently
  • Comfortable travelling across Scotland as required (full driving licence essential)
