As the Quality Manager, you\βll be the go-to person for ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of food safety, legal compliance and quality. You\βll work hand-in-hand with production, suppliers and customers to keep things running smoothly, from raw material checks to finished product audits.
You\βll also have the chance to:
Strengthen and develop site-wide Quality Management Systems
Lead audits and champion a culture of food safety and continuous improvement
Ensure smooth compliance with BRC, MSC, ASC and other key standards
Oversee testing, traceability, labelling and allergen management
Coach and support colleagues to embed best practice
We\βre looking for someone who:
Has experience in a technical/quality leadership role in food manufacturing (high-risk or chilled foods an advantage)
Understands QMS, food safety legislation and audit requirements
Brings excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a hands-on approach
Holds (or is working towards) HACCP Level 3 and Internal/Lead Auditor qualifications
Can bring energy, drive and a collaborative mindset to a site-based role
