Reporting to the Head of Technical, you\’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, driving product quality, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across their operations. Customer Complaints & Non-Conformance β Log, investigate, and trend issues, identifying root causes and driving corrective action. Quality Management System (QMS) β Keep documentation controlled, updated, and audit-ready. QA Coverage β Step in for routine QA checks to support production when needed. Consumables Management β Maintain stock levels and order supplies for the technical team. Specification Management β Help keep Daily Dose and customer specs accurate and current. HACCP Participation β Support our food safety systems as an active member of the HACCP team. Operational Support β Work with Operations on investigations, training, and continuous improvement. Minimum 3 yearsβ QA/Technical experience in FMCG (preferably chilled food/drink) HACCP Level 3
