The business I am working with is looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to manage a team of up to 40 people at their Norwich site, focusing on the High-care area and the packaging department. This is a fantastic chance to join a forward-thinking, modern business with plenty of growth opportunities. While fresh produce experience isn’t required, they do need someone with a solid background in the food industry and hands-on experience in Packhouse or High-care environments.
