The Role

As a Production Line Leader , you will be responsible for ensuring the daily packing plan is executed efficiently, meeting customer specifications and company KPIs. You will also play a key role in maintaining safety standards, coaching operatives, and driving performance .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee packing operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy

• Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and pallet organization

• Monitor production KPIs and brief teams on progress

• Maintain safety and quality standards within your area

• Investigate and document incidents, ensuring corrective actions

• Lead and coach a team of production operatives

What We\’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience managing a team in a production facility

• Experience with fresh produce packing and quality standards

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

• Good written and spoken English

• Understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Freshware, D365)
