Looking to lead and develop an Ecology portfolio and grow a team? As Principal Ecologist you will lead, manage and deliver ecology services taking projects from start to finish. You will also be a key player in supporting the growth of the team to achieve business goals. A technical focus is needed here, along with the ability and experience in team leadership.

Your work will include:

  • Taking the lead on ecological surveys including BNG, PEA, protected species.

Salary up to 50k (DOE)

Holiday entitlement: 24 days annual leave, increasing by one day per year up to a maximum of 30 days after two years of service, plus Bank Holidays.
