We're working with a well‑respected family‑owned garden centre business in Manchester to find a Horticultural Manager for their 4,000 square foot, thriving plant area. You'd be running the Plant Area at their flagship site, managing a team of 6 and making sure that the plant stock is well‑maintained and looking fresh. This site likes to go big at Christmas, so in winter you'll find yourself immersed in their Santa's grotto, selling Christmas trees, and having a level of flexibility to help in this busy period.
