Plant Area Manager

Your Role:
As the Plant Area Manager, you\βll oversee the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring shelves are well stocked, sales opportunities are maximised, and customers receive excellent service.
You\βll be responsible for ordering, allocations, and volumes, making smart commercial decisions to drive sales and minimise wastage.
With a small team of 3-4 staff members, this is a great opportunity for a supervisor looking to step up, or for an experienced manager to get into a top garden retail business.
Deputising for the Centre Manager will also form part of the role, offering exposure to wider responsibilities.
