The role
Manage a varied portfolio of residential properties, ensuring excellent service, compliance and maintenance standards.
Lead on tenancies, lettings, rent reviews, inspections and contractor management.
Oversee budgets, cashflow and rent arrears across your portfolio.
Build strong relationships with private clients, tenants and professional advisers.
Provide advice on legislation, policy and opportunities to improve estate performance.
Support business development, pitches and winning new instructions.
Assist with the management and development of a wider property management team.
About you
We're looking for someone with solid residential property management experience who is confident managing clients and complex portfolios.
ARLA, Assoc RICS and/or MRICS would be advantageous.
You'll be commercially minded, organised and proactive, with the confidence to take ownership, build relationships and identify opportunities for clients and the wider business.
