Your mission is the flawless execution of production. Step onto the floor, and you are the operational engine. You will lead, inspire, and coordinate a diverse, hardworking team of roughly 13 operatives, supported directly by an Assistant Team Leader. Your day is focused on optimization, workflow efficiency, and high standards:
- Lead with Impact: You will manage daily workloads across key production stages: potting, spacing, disbudding, and in-block grading.
- Drive Efficiency: You will track daily KPIs, manage labour planning, and implement Lean/5S principles to maximize throughput while minimizing downtime and material waste.
