What's the role all about?
- You'll be at the heart of innovation - taking ideas from concept to launch and making sure they land perfectly on shelves.
- From bench samples to full-scale factory trials, you'll own the journey.
- Lead NPD & EPD projects from brief to launch.
- Run factory trials and bring concepts to life.
- Work closely with chefs, ops, technical & commercial teams.
- Keep projects on track, on spec, and on time.
- Deliver products that are retailer-ready and consumer-loved.
What we're looking for:
- You're not just technical - you're curious, creative, and commercially switched on.
- Food manufacturing experience (2+ years).
- Good administration skills.
- Confident running trials in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised, proactive, and love spinning multiple plates.
- A real team player with energy and drive.
- Full UK driving licence required.
