Office Administrator / Business Support Coordinator Hours: Approximately 26 hours per week, but can be negotiated Start Date: Immediate About the Role A growing premium property operator is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator / Business Support Coordinator to join its small, agile team. The business manages a portfolio of residential apartment blocks across regional England and prides itself on delivering exceptional tenant service and efficient, energy‑focused property operations. This role will primarily support the property management function, with additional administrative support for senior leadership. You will work closely with an experienced Associate Director and play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Assisting with move-in progression, chasing outstanding documents, scheduling check ins and check outs, ensuring compliance checks such as Right to Rent and referencing are completed prior to tenancy beginning. Responding to enquiries, providing updates on application status, maintaining a helpful, friendly and professional tone across phone and email. Providing administrative support such as data entry, updating CRM/property management systems, preparing documents and maintaining accurate records. Assisting the property management team with correspondence management, such as triaging incoming maintenance requests. Ordering supplies, managing incoming calls, supporting general office workflow. Qualifications and Experience 2-3 years' experience in a similar position, property experience would be ideal but certainly not essential. Clear and confident communication skills across all communication methods. Competent in using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning multiple systems. The ability to support colleagues proactively and adapt to changing priorities
