  • Undertake professional valuations and provide advice in accordance with RICS standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, private clients and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, helping to grow the existing client base and fee income.
  • Take responsibility for the delivery of high-quality professional work and the commercial performance of your instructions.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and personable rural surveyor who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will be someone who enjoys working with people, developing business and getting involved in all aspects of the role. You will be comfortable leading a team while remaining hands-on with your own fee-earning work. The ability to delegate, build trust and support others to develop is essential, as is a willingness to get involved in the day-to-day responsibilities of the team. You should be commercially aware, driven to succeed and keen to build a long-term career with the opportunity to progress to Partner.

  • Potential guaranteed bonus as part of the remuneration package.
  • A flexible approach to working arrangements, including hybrid working where appropriate.
  • A varied and interesting workload across rural surveying and property.
  • The opportunity to lead and develop an established team.
  • Genuine progression to Partner, with the potential to build a substantial business under your leadership.
  • A supportive, collaborative working environment where your ideas and contribution will be valued.

The Ideal Candidate

This role would suit an experienced rural surveyor who is ready to move into a leadership position, or an existing Associate Partner looking for greater flexibility, autonomy and progression.
