You'll be supporting the commercial and operations teams by managing customer programmes, transport tracking, commercial administration and business-critical reporting. Day to day, you'll be:

Managing customer programmes and ensuring requirements are delivered accurately
Tracking transport movements and updating ETA information
Maintaining commercial spreadsheets and trading records
Raising and managing purchase orders where required
Booking warehouse deliveries and xgikmsk coordinating customer requirements
Keeping customers and internal teams informed of changes and updates
Monitoring stock movements, arrivals and departures
Updating supplier programmes and transport information
Recording claims, rejections and quality control reports
Maintaining accurate electronic filing and documentation
Supporting accounts teams with delivery queries and proof of delivery requests
Monitoring packaging, pallet and crate movements
Highlighting pricing changes, losses or additional costs to the commercial team
