What's the job?

You'll work directly with commercial growers, providing technical advice on biological control, pollination, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programmes across a range of protected crops. You'll build strong relationships with both new and existing customers, helping them overcome challenges, improve crop performance, and get the best value from biological growing solutions.

While technical expertise is critical, you'll also play an important role in developing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Day to day, you'll be:

  • Advising growers on biological control programmes, pollination, and IPM strategies
  • Building strong relationships with customers and becoming their trusted technical contact
  • Identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase market share
