What We're Looking For
Qualifications:A recognized apprenticeship or equivalent certification (evidence required). Ideally, a BTEC or NVQ in Engineering.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years' experience in an FMCG environment.
Technical Skills:Strong mixed skills in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance:Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced equipment, including robotics, conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring high safety and quality standards.
Collaboration:Work both independently and as part of a team, effectively communicating with colleagues and management.
Growth:Stay current with new skills and technology advancements to support continuous improvement.
