Operations Manager |Food | Cornwall Salary: Up to £70k + Bonus Hours: 5 out of 7 days (1 Weekend day required) Are you a hands-on manager with experience in a manufacturing environment? Does the idea of living in Cornwall excite you with an idyllic location being so close to home? This opportunity is rare, and the role is new to the business. After a multimillion-pound CAPEX investment last year, this company is looking for someone to join its team to ensure the best ROI. They have a fantastic team on-site, with people in management roles who have started on the shop floor and members of the team who have been with the company for over 10 years! You will be a hands-on manager across the shop floor with lots of time spent developing your junior management team to improve their ability to lead autonomously within their own departments. Working closely with the Operations director. Driving efficiencies will be a clear way to measure success within this role, and it will prove crucial to allow for growth by considering further investment projects.
