We're looking for an experienced engineer to join a busy manufacturing site in Milton Keynes, working a 3 on 3 off night shift pattern (5pm-5am). This is a role where you'll have the chance to use your skills properly. You'll be working across a range of equipment, solving problems, carrying out improvements and helping keep production running at its best.

The Role
- Fault finding and repairing mechanical and electrical breakdowns
- Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
- Carrying out repairs safely and efficiently to a high engineering standard
- Identifying recurring faults and helping drive improvements
- Keeping maintenance records updated through the CMM system
- Supporting production teams to minimise downtime
- Maintaining strong health and safety standards across the site
What we're looking for
- You'll be an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with:
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding ability
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Relevant engineering qualifications
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
- The ability to work well independently and as part of an engineering team
- Food/FMCG experience would be beneficial, but it's not essential. The right engineering mindset matters more.
