Your key responsibilities will include:
- Caring for and maintaining the quality of outdoor plants to ensure excellent retail standards.
- Merchandising plants, compost, and associated products to create attractive displays.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the outdoor plant area as part of a team.
- Providing helpful advice and excellent customer service to meet customer needs.
- Working closely with team members and managers to maintain high standards across the department.
- Assisting with stock handling and general upkeep of the outdoor area.
