A large-scale FMCG food manufacturer is expanding its engineering team with 2 Electrical Engineers and 1 Mechanical Engineer. You'll be part of a hands-on maintenance team keeping high-volume production equipment running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Electrical or mechanical fault finding on production machinery
  • Breakdown response and repair
  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Basic PLC diagnostics (no programming required)
  • Supporting uptime and continuous improvement

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Day shifts between approx. 06:00-18:00 (rotating starts such as 06:00-15:00 / 07:00-16:00). Overtime available.

Pay:

£17.30 - £20.19 per hour. Approx. £42,000 equivalent. Overtime available.

  • Electrical or mechanical maintenance experience (role dependent)
  • FMCG / food / high-volume manufacturing background
  • Strong fault-finding ability under pressure
