The Role You'll manage inbound enquiries and convert them into new business while proactively generating your own sales opportunities.
Working remotely, you'll engage with customers via phone, email and video, delivering product demonstrations, understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions.
You'll work closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to onboarding.
What You'll Be Doing - Managing inbound sales enquiries through to successful close. - Generating new business through outbound prospecting and follow-up activity. - Delivering engaging online product demonstrations. - Building strong relationships with prospective customers. - Managing your sales pipeline and forecasting accurately using CRM. - Working collaboratively with colleagues to maximise sales opportunities. - Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. - Sharing customer feedback and market insight to support continuous improvement.
About You You'll be someone who enjoys winning new business and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences.
You'll ideally have: - Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within Saa S, software or technology. - An agricultural background, or some experinece within the sector. - A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. - Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines. - Confidence selling remotely via phone and Microsoft Teams.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have - Experience selling Saa S or subscription-based software. - An understanding of the agricultural or rural sector.
