The Opportunity: I am looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Logistics Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end transport operation. This role will be part of the senior leadership team and will be responsible for developing and delivering the logistics strategy, managing a network of third-party transport providers, and ensuring the seamless movement of products throughout the UK and Europe.
This role is super interesting because of both the strategic thinking and hands-on operational delivery which will be needed. The successful candidate will lead and develop the logistics team while working closely with customer service and senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels and a consistently positive customer experience. You will have a lot of autonomy in this role and access to some fantastic internal teams who will help execute your plans.
