An established and progressive arable farming business in Lincolnshire is seeking a Trainee Farm Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their agricultural career and develop towards a future farm management position. Working alongside an experienced Farm Manager, you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of a modern farming operation, gradually taking on greater responsibility as your skills and confidence grow.
The farm business operates approximately 1000 hectares and grows a range of combinable crops and sugar beet. Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day management of farm operations
- Assist with team coordination and supervision
