What You Will Be Doing

  • Operating tractors and specialist machinery across a variety of sites including golf courses, football and rugby clubs, and agricultural land.
  • Working with both trailed and 3-point linkage mounted equipment.
  • Delivering high quality drainage solutions to clients.
  • Liaising directly with customers and site staff, ensuring excellent service.
  • Supporting on site tasks, including manual work where required.
  • Travelling to client sites and staying away during busy periods (accommodation and subsistence provided).

What You Need

  • Proven experience as a skilled tractor driver, confident with a wide range of machinery.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Full, clean driving licence with the ability to tow trailers.
  • Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks.
