We are recruiting for a Multiskilled Engineer to join a large, well-invested food manufacturing site in Lincolnshire. The Role
You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of production and packaging equipment, ensuring the site continues to operate efficiently and safely. This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend your time fault-finding, carrying out planned maintenance, responding to breakdowns and driving improvements that reduce downtime and improve reliability. No two shifts are ever quite the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reactive and planned maintenance across manufacturing equipment
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Supporting continuous improvement projects
- Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
- Root cause analysis
