We’re looking for an applications technologist to support the development of food and beverage prototypes. This is a hands-on role covering formulation, prototyping and testing across multiple product categories.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating and testing food & drink prototypes
- Working across beverages, powders, dairy & plant-based
- Assessing flavour, sweetness, and overall sensory quality
- Running trials and turning results into real insights
- Supporting customer projects & external partners
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Food Science / Food Tech / Nutrition
- Passion for hands-on product development and formulation
- Detail-focused and organised
- Keen to learn and experiment
- Comfortable in a lab / kitchen environment
- Must have full right to work and not require sponsorship
- Bonus points if you’ve done a placement, worked with sweeteners / flavour or sports nutrition
