The Opportunity
We are looking for a Land Referencer or Senior Land Referencer to join a rapidly expanding Land Referencing team working on nationally significant infrastructure projects. Whether you are already operating at Senior level or looking to step up, this is a chance to join a newly developed team with huge scope for growth, progression and technical development. You will work across a wide range of utilities and infrastructure schemes - from small solar projects to major reservoir, energy and transport programmes - supporting the delivery of high quality land referencing for DCOs, CPOs and TWAOs. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys detail, data, legislation, land, and stakeholder engagement, and wants to build a long-term career in the infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and quality assuring data entered into the ownership database
- Developing and applying land referencing methodologies and processes
- Overseeing teams and processes used for site visits
- Interpreting and analysing land and title data
- Reviewing complex title documents and integrating findings into Book of Reference schedules
- Liaising closely with GIS and project delivery teams
