We're looking for an Engineering Team Leader to run a small engineering team at a busy manufacturing site just outside Boston. This is a 4 on/4 off day and night shift role, paying around 55K, with real responsibility and hands-on work.

You will:

  • Lead the engineering team and keep production running smoothly
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve machinery
  • Make safety and quality non-negotiable

You will need:
