This is a permanent role with solid pay, OT, and real career progression - many Site Managers started here.
What you'll be doing:
- Installing and fitting out glasshouse structures - steel, frames, doors, windows, gutters, glazing
- Supporting the team across multiple projects, from glasshouses to energy centres
- Using and checking plant safely, following RAMS and PPE requirements
- Receiving and checking materials, keeping sites tidy, and maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicating progress and technical issues to Site/Project Managers
Who you are:
- CSCS card holder, clean UK driving license essential
- Glasshouse or construction experience highly desirable
- Welding skills a bonus, but most days are steel, frames, and fittings
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willing to work 45-55 hours/week (OT paid over 45h)
- Ambitious and ready to grow - opportunities to move into Site Management
Pay & Benefits:
- £30-35k to start, review after 6 months
- £40k+ for candidates with credible glasshouse experience
