Want a hands-on role on high-profile glasshouse projects where your work actually matters? A leading horticultural and energy efficiency client is looking for Construction Operatives to join their operations team. This is a permanent role with solid pay, OT, and real career progression - many Site Managers started here.

What you'll be doing:

  • Installing and fitting out glasshouse structures - steel, frames, doors, windows, gutters, glazing
  • Supporting the team across multiple projects, from glasshouses to energy centres
  • Using and checking plant safely, following RAMS and PPE requirements
  • Receiving and checking materials, keeping sites tidy, and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Communicating progress and technical issues to Site/Project Managers

Who you are:

  • CSCS card holder, clean UK driving license essential
  • Glasshouse or construction experience highly desirable
  • Welding skills a bonus, but most days are steel, frames, and fittings
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Willing to work 45-55 hours/week (OT paid over 45h)
  • Ambitious and ready to grow - opportunities to move into Site Management

Pay & Benefits:

  • £30-35k to start, review after 6 months
  • £40k+ for candidates with credible glasshouse experience
