You provide periodic and ad hoc reports on turnover, assortment, profitability, customised reports, both for internal use as for the customer

You translate topics from supply chain/purchasing to sales impact (constrained forecast, foil problems, discontinued items…)

Maintaining retailer’s product management systems

Proactively support account managers by managing and analysing customer files, market data and product portfolio’s and prepare customer meetings.

Experience in a large, fast-moving company in a customer service, inside sales or sales support role

Building reports and analysing data.

You work easily with new IT systems (preferably SAP) and have an advanced level of excel knowledge.

Experience with Power BI is a plus.

Customer contact & delivering service are essential! A commercial, client focused mindset is a must-have.
