In this role, you will support the coordination of supply chain activities to ensure product availability, accurate inventory management and efficient logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing inventory levels, storage coordination, packing and distribution.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and customer forecasts.
  • Liaising with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Coordinating inbound deliveries, transport, documentation and customs clearance.
  • Communicating product requirements.
  • Supporting and working with inventory systems.
  • Working closely with sales, supply chain and operational teams to ensure customer demand is met.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and supply chain efficiency.
  • Building strong working relationships with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders.

What I’m Looking For:

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics or inventory coordination.
  • Experience within fresh produce or other perishable food industries.
  • Experience working with ERP systems/Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
