I am looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Control professional to join a growing Fresh produce business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carrying out detailed checks on labels, packaging and printed film to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Monitoring fresh produce quality
  • Recording, tracking and reviewing quality data using a tablet device
  • Collecting shelf-life samples when required
  • Supporting fruit quality standards on site and reporting any issues identified promptly
  • Assisting in maintaining company quality procedures and supporting the wider production team

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills
  • Comfortable using tablets and digital recording systems
  • Able to work in a chilled production environment (3°C–13°C)
  • Previous Quality Control experience is essential
  • Previous experience in fruit or fresh produce Quality Control
