A leading global fresh produce business is seeking an experienced Assistant Quality Manager to join its UK operation and play a key role in delivering quality, consistency and operational excellence. Key responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day quality and ripening operations across site
- Manage ripening plans, stock decisions and quality performance
- Lead and coach shopfloor teams to deliver operational KPIs
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with Production, Technical and Quality teams to resolve issues quickly
