A leading FMCG food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Process Technology Manager to provide specialist process expertise across priority innovation, optimisation and capability programmes. This is a senior technical role focused on translating process knowledge into practical, scalable solutions - working closely with site, central and external partners to deliver safe, efficient and future-ready manufacturing capability.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading process capability input into mid-term NPD and technology programmes
  • Supporting the introduction and optimisation of new and improved processing technologies
  • Driving problem-solving, trials and data-led decision making on site
  • Contributing to sustainability, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Sharing knowledge, coaching others and embedding best practice across teams

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in process development or process engineering within FMCG food manufacturing
  • Deep understanding of food processing technologies and factory environments
  • Confident problem-solver with experience in trials, RCA and optimisation
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting line installation or commissioning is advantageous
