What's the job?

You'll be responsible for promoting a range of young plants and genetics to commercial growers across the Midlands and South of England. This is a true relationship-based sales role. Whilst there will be existing customers to support, a big part of the opportunity is helping the business continue to grow its market presence by getting in front of growers and building new relationships.

Day to day, you'll be:

  • Managing and developing relationships with commercial growers
  • Introducing new varieties
  • Providing technical and after-sales support
  • Visiting customers and understanding their growing requirements
  • Identifying new business opportunities across the region

You'll spend most of your week out with customers, building relationships and helping growers get the most from the products and genetics available to them.
