You'll work directly with commercial growers, providing technical advice on biological control, pollination, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programmes across a range of protected crops. You'll build strong relationships with both new and existing customers, helping them overcome challenges, improve crop performance, and get the best value from biological growing solutions. While technical expertise is critical, you'll also play an important role in developing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the continued growth of the business. Day to day, you'll be: Advising growers on biological control programmes, pollination, and IPM strategies Building strong relationships with customers and becoming their trusted technical contact Identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase market share Supporting new business development across protected crops Crop walking and diagnosing pest, disease, and pollination challenges Producing technical reports and maintaining accurate customer records Supporting product forecasting to ensure reliable supply Working closely with distributors, growers, and industry influencers Collaborating with UK and international technical teams Attending customer meetings, trade shows, and technical eventsThis is a home-based role with regular travel and overnight stays throughout the UK. What do I need? Experience in commercial horticulture or a strong understanding of commercial growing environments You might come from a growing, technical advisory, or horticultural sales background - either way, we'd love to hear from you Good technical knowledge of crop production and plant health Knowledge of IPM, biological control, and sustainable growing methods Commercial awareness and an interest in developing business opportunities Confidence communicating with growers and building long-term relationships Willingness to learn and develop your technical knowledge further Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel FACTS and/or BASIS would be great, but they're not essential.
