The Role This is a customer-facing role where you\’ll be building and nurturing relationships with growers, nurseries, and suppliers across the UK. You\’ll become a trusted partner to your customers, offering technical advice and solutions that help them get the most out of biologicals, nutrition, and crop protection products. Expect a varied mix of on-the-road visits, remote work, and head-office collaboration, as well as representing the business at trade shows, trials, and industry meetings. Key Responsibilities Include: Build and manage a portfolio of horticulture customers. Leverage your industry knowledge and network to develop opportunities. Offer technical and commercial support tailored to growers\’ needs. Support product development, marketing initiatives, and trials. Represent the business at trade shows and industry events. About You Strong background in horticulture, ideally with close collaboration with nurseries, protected cropping, or suppliers. A well-connected individual with a genuine passion for crop health, biologicals, and sustainable solutions. Commercially aware with a relationship-focused approach to sales and service. Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and modern communication tools. A self-starter with excellent organisation skills and a proactive mindset. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.Desirable (but not essential): Previous B2B sales experience in horticulture, agronomy, or biological products.
